Ground Transportation
The Bermuda International Airport is located in St. George. Taxis are readily available at the airport, curbside. Advance reservations are not necessary. Taxi fare from the airport to Rosewood Tucker’s Point is approximately $20 USD (1-6 persons) and is a 10 minute drive.
Rental cars are not permitted in Bermuda. There are local buses, rental scooters, ferries and taxis to take you around the island. The local speed limit is 20 mph and we drive on the left hand side of the road. Weather and dress code
It is usually cool in November and you will require a jacket. The average low temperature is 61°F / 16°C and the average high temperature is 74°F / 23°C. Business or smart casual dress is appropriate.

Money
The official currency is the Bermuda dollar. The Bermuda dollar is pegged to the US dollar on a 1-to-1 basis. Both US and Bermuda dollar currencies can be used at all establishments. Credit cards are also accepted. There are three major banks located in Bermuda which exchange currency. Branches are easily accessible throughout the island. ATMs which dispense US currency are located at the airport and in Hamilton. Bermuda’s currency cannot be used in other countries. Therefore, ensure you exchange all Bermuda currency before leaving the island.
