To monitor compliance with the Act, we require local insurers to report businesses with inactive (on-hold) and terminated policies with claims not being paid. They also inform the Council of new and cancelled insurance policies.
We also accept complaints and queries from the public regarding health insurance coverage. If you feel you are entitled to health insurance and are not receiving coverage, or, have any questions, please contact us by calling 292-6420 or emailing email@example.com
